Common signs are dry or brown spots, pooling water, heads that don't pop up, a zone that won't turn on, or a sudden jump in water use. Catching these early prevents bigger repairs later.
The most common causes are a bad valve solenoid, a damaged wire, a controller problem, or debris stuck in the valve. A technician can test each part and usually fix it in one visit.
Sprinkler heads usually fail from lawn mower damage, dirt clogging the nozzle, worn seals, or heads that have sunk below the grass line. Most can be cleaned, raised, or replaced quickly.
A hidden leak in an underground pipe is the most likely cause. Look for soggy areas, sinking soil, or unusually green patches. Grizzly uses leak detection to find the exact spot without digging up your whole yard.
Repair makes sense when problems are isolated, like a broken head or a single bad valve. Replacement makes sense when the system leaks constantly, has poor coverage, or has outdated parts. Grizzly will tell you which option fits your system.
