Most sprinkler problems start with a bad layout. We map your yard, check your water pressure and plan every zone before the first trench.
A typical install includes the zone valves, underground pipe, heads or drip line for each area, a controller, and the connection to your water supply through a backflow preventer. We route the lines so they stay out of the way of future projects.
When the install is done, we run every zone with you and show you how to use the controller.
When we finish, the trenches are backfilled and the lawn is put back. You'll know where your shutoff, valves and backflow are, and how to change the schedule as the seasons change.
Every install comes with the Grizzly 18-month warranty. If something we installed fails, we come back and fix it.

Yes. Summers across Snohomish and King County are dry from July through September, and hand-watering takes hours. A smart controller waters only when needed, which saves water and keeps your lawn green all summer.
A smart controller isn't required, but it's recommended. It adjusts watering based on weather, skips cycles when it rains, and lets you control your system from your phone.
Most residential installs take 1 to 3 days depending on yard size and number of zones. The system is tested zone by zone before the job is complete.
No. Pipe goes in through narrow trenches or is pulled underground, and the lawn is restored when the job is done. Most yards look normal within a few weeks.
Every system needs a spring startup, a mid-season check, a fall blowout, and an annual backflow test. Grizzly offers maintenance plans that handle all four so you don't have to track them.
