Most sprinkler problems in Puget Sound yards come from systems that were never designed for the yard they water. Grizzly is based in Lynnwood and builds irrigation systems the other way around. We test your water pressure, lay out every zone around the planting, and choose heads and drip lines to match. If you already have a sprinkler system, we repair it, including irrigation systems another company installed. Either way, you get one local crew for design, installation, repairs, backflow and seasonal service. And when a yard stays soggy, we install French drains, after ruling out a sprinkler leak first.

Our Approach
Puget Sound yards are wet for eight months and dry for four. A good irrigation system has to handle both: water deeply through July and August, then shut off and drain before the first freeze.
We plan around that from the start. Zones are sized to the plants they water, lawn and beds run on separate valves, and drip irrigation goes where spray heads would waste water on siding and sidewalks. Smart controllers and rain sensors keep the sprinkler system from running in a downpour.
When something breaks, we diagnose first and dig second. A dry spot can be a clogged head, a stuck valve or a cracked pipe, and they look the same from the surface. We test before we touch anything and show you the price before any repair starts.
