Washington water districts require a yearly test of the backflow assembly on an irrigation system, and most send a reminder notice. Which district you are in depends on your address. We help you get the test done on time and repair or replace the assembly if it fails.
It depends on the job and the city. Lynnwood, for example, requires a grading permit when more than 50 cubic yards of soil are moved and a permit for retaining walls over 4 feet, and fence height limits differ between cities. We check the rules for your address before we quote.
