Why It Lasts
Most of what decides whether a landscape holds up in Hunts Point happens below the surface. Heavy soil, a long wet season and lots that fall away toward the Sound mean grading, base depth and drainage have to be right before anything visible goes in.
We excavate to depth, compact crushed rock in layers rather than all at once, and give water somewhere to go before the pavers, the wall or the planting arrives. It is the part nobody photographs, and it is the reason a patio is still flat in ten years.
A yard should read as one space, not a set of separate projects bolted together over the years. We plan the hardscape, the irrigation, the lighting and the planting against each other from the start, so the runs are buried once and the finished space works as a whole.
That matters more on Hunts Point lots than most. Narrow side yards, mature trees, bluff setbacks and shared property lines all constrain what can go where — and planning around them up front is what keeps a project on schedule instead of stalled at inspection.

Send the form or call (425) 648-9443 and tell us roughly how much fence you need and what it is for. Photos of the line, and of any fence already standing on it, help more than anything else you can send us.

We walk the line, check the grade and the access for materials, talk through cedar against the alternatives, and confirm the height your city allows before quoting anything.

Our own crew digs the holes, sets the posts and hangs the gates, and we stay reachable afterwards — including for board repairs and gate adjustments a few seasons down the line.
